TBI BallSpline Ball Spline
BallSpline ball spline uses balls installed in the spline bearing sleeve to smoothly roll and transmit torque in precision ground rolling grooves. Due to the use of TBI global transmission technology's unique bite point design, it has a larger contact angle of 40 °. In addition to high sensitivity, it can significantly improve the load capacity and play an effective role in areas with excessive vibration and impact loads, high positioning accuracy requirements, and high-speed motion performance.

When using ball splines instead of linear ball bushings, the rated load of ball splines is more than ten times that of linear bushings under the same shaft diameter,

The rolling groove of high load capacity ball bearings is precision ground and formed, and adopts Goethe type 40 degree angular contact. The clearance in the direction of rotation is zero by using 2-4 rows of relative ball bearings with a contact angle of 40 ° to combine the spline shaft with the shaft sleeve, and by adjusting the preload method, the clearance in the direction of rotation can be zero. Due to the special design of the steel ball eating point, in addition to high rigidity, it is also highly sensitive and can reduce energy waste. Due to the large contact angle, high rigidity is achieved, and appropriate preloading can be applied depending on the situation, resulting in higher torque rigidity and moment rigidity. Simple assembly due to the special design, even if the spline shaft sleeve is detached from the spline shaft, the ball will not fall off. Therefore, assembly, maintenance, and inspection are all easy to carry out.

1. Cylindrical ball spline SLT type
The outer diameter of the spline bearing sleeve is a straight cylindrical shape, and it is used after the key is tapped in when transmitting torque, which is a type with a smaller installation space.
2. Flange type ball spline SLF type
The outer cylinder is fixed to the support base using flanges and bolts, making assembly simple. It is more suitable for use in situations where there is a risk of deformation when machining keyways on support seats, or where the width of the support seat is relatively narrow. In addition, by tapping the locating pin into the flange, it can completely prevent the rotation and clearance caused by the mating part.

3. Precision solid core spline shaft (standard type)
By precision grinding the rolling groove of the spline shaft to achieve high precision, it is then matched with the outer cylinder.

4. Special spline shaft
When the diameter of the spline shaft end or middle part is relatively large, the spline part is made by special processing.

5. Hollow spline shaft H-type
Hollow spline shafts can be used in places where piping, wiring, exhaust, or weight reduction is required.
